Cygnus crashed and now the program will not open. How do I fix?

There are two lock files that can get left in place in the event of a system crash or power failure. Either or both of these will need to be deleted before Cygnus will open.

One is the 'cygnus.lck' which will be in C:\ProgramData\SoftwareBureau\*current version of Cygnus*

The other is 'job.lck' which will be in the relevant job folder.
