Border Padding

Windows 7

Right-click anywhere on desktop> Click on ‘Personalise’>Then on ‘Windows Colour’>Select ’Advanced Appearance Setting’>In the dropdown select ‘Border Padding’>Put the ‘Size’ to 0> Apply/Save Changes

Windows 8

Does not allow the same type of personalisation as Windows 7 therefore you will have to research options online:
