How to create a Field Analysis report

Right-click on the output you require. Click on ‘Reports’ and a small window will open up with some folders.

Double click on ‘Field Analysis’ so the folder icon appears to be open and then select the ‘+’ button, this will open up another window with various tabs.

You can name/label the report on the ‘General’ tab.

Select the ‘Fields’ tab and click on the image that looks like a hand writing on a piece of paper, this will show you a list of all the current fields which you are able to select.

Select the field(s) you want and then click the single arrow ‘>’ to move it to the ‘Selected Fields’ section.

Once you have selected all the fields you require click ‘OK’ and then click on the ‘Save’ icon (Top left), then click on the ‘Eye’ icon and the report will be generated.
