Cygnus can now encode barcodes if you are using Cygnus version 4.2.0 or higher. You will need to export the $MailmarksX version of the barcode field which will contain the required encoded string to be able to generate the barcode print from within Microsoft Word.
The fonts can be found and installed via "...\Resources\Generic\Library\Data Matrix Fonts" folder.
To install the font double-click the .ttf file and click 'install'.
Go to page 28 in the 'Mailmark' pdf to see how to apply the font (can be found in ...\Resources\Client guides\Articles folder).
