In the first instance, can you re-download the file (consider deleting and recreating the Download module) and see if the problem persists?
This resolved the issue.
Zap Purge & previous module
No joy… What are you suppressing or deduping? If suppressions, how many? Deselect one suppression at a time…Does the problem persist?
This way we can then eliminate the possibility of corrupt Suppression files from this investigation.
