If you are unable to complete the upgrade to the latest version via the UI, please complete the below process to update your Swiftsort:

Navigate to the below folder > Right click on “wyUpdate.exe” > select Run as Administrator.

C:\Program Files (x86)\SoftwareBureau\Gemma

Or

C:\Program Files\SoftwareBureau\Gemma

When complete, please provide us with your new product code so we can generate a licence for you.
