Q. Can you also try running your data without the problem records and inform us of the outcome?
A. There is no special process being run. I’ve tried running these without problem records and it seems to work. However, we would like these records to go through the process.
Please try re-importing the problem records that you sent to us and let us know the outcome, as we did not get any warnings when we downloaded the file.
